Joanne's Story
Choosing the right career path was not straightforward. With a degree in Business & Management, I had lots of options, but felt there was no clear direction. It wasn’t until I worked and lived abroad that I found clarity. Immersing myself in new environments taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to embrace change, all essential traits for growth and sparked curiosity for personal development. Returning to the UK, I transitioned into people management within the tech industry.
The fast pace and constant innovation further ignited my passion for leadership. I learned how exceptional leaders enable collaboration, foster trust, and solve complex problems, even in high-pressure environments. I’ve had the privilege of coaching and consulting leaders across the tech industry, from start-ups to global giants like Meta and TikTok. I’ve not only experiences but also supported individuals at all levels in navigating the challenges of scaling from 0 to 1, building trust, creating culture, and driving business growth in highly dynamic environments.
